3 months

It is amazing to me that 3 months have already passed. Cambree turned 3 months old on April 19th. I just can't believe it...she has grown SO much! We went to the doctor on Monday and she weighed 12 pounds 4 ounces. I also went back to work on Monday, it was really hard!! We have a wonderful nanny named Heather and she is doing a FANTASTIC job! Cambree is starting to be more alert and check out her suroundings more and more everyday! She actually smiled at Ross on Wenesday, I don't think I have ever seen him that excited. She hasn't smiled at me yet, but I am biding my time...I know when she does, it will be worth the wait. Don't get me wrong, she smiles...but not really for any particular reason yet. I have a new found facination with all the small things in life...I guess watching someone see everything for the first time does that to you! I won't go on and on about how wonderful she is, but you get my point! God has blessed us in an amazing way and I am just so thankful!!
Anyways, I will get off my soap box and share some 3 month pictures.
We went to Sadie's first birthday party on Sunday and snapped a few shots...
Ross didn't make it into any pictures, but he was there with bells on, the birthday season has begun! :)

Kyle's Birthday

So, all our friends are beginning to turn 30. And this past weekend, Shelley decided to throw Kyle a surprise 30th birthday party at Joe T Garcia's. It was tons of fun and Kyle was very surprised!! I just can't believe that we are all getting to the point where we are turning 30...I still feel like I am 20. Well technically, I haven't turned 29 yet...but I know it will be here before I know it.

This was our first night for Cambree to stay the night away from us, she stayed with her Grammy & Grampy. Of course, Grammy was SUPER excited to have her youngest grandchild stay over. Well, Cambree has been sleeping for about 8 hours straight at night, so I assured my Mom that she would sleep great for her. As it turns out, Cambree had other plans for her sleeping and barely slept at all for Mom. But, oh well, that is what Grammy's are for. They got lots of bonding time at 4 AM. :)

Easter Sunday

We had a great Easter!! We started our day by going to have breakfast with Candy (Ross Mom) and Tyler (Ross' Brother). Candy made us all of Ross' favorite breakfast foods....French Toast, Scrambled Eggs, Bacon & Grits. I don't usually like breakfast, but this was awesome!

Then we came home and Nana and Pop came to visit. They were amazed by how much Cambree has grown. She is actually weighing in at almost 11 pounds now, so she has really changed!!

Then we went to my Mom's house (Grammy) for dinner. We were also celebrating Sara and Carissa's birthdays. So, it made for a fun Easter. We pulled out some of my baby pictures while we were at Mom's and I was amazed at how much Cambree looks like me. Until now, we had thought that she was Ross' clone, but looking at my baby pictures makes me realize that she looks alot like me also. So, I guess we will see who she ends up looking like.

Crawfish Boil

We had a great time at the Williams' for a crawfish boil. It was fun, food and babies. It is amazing how quickly our whole outlook on life has changed. We had 3 monitors going and we were dealing with them interfering with each other. It was actually pretty funny! I am so glad that we are all taking these steps together!! It makes it so much more fun!! Here are some pictures!
